Payment Options: We take credit cards, bank transfers, and other authorized payment methods. Specifics Needed: Give precise data, such as your name, contact information, and preferred method of booking, in order to confirm a reservation. Policy for Cancellations and Refunds Cancellation by the Customer: ● A complete refund will be given for cancellations made 72 hours or more prior to the reservation date; ● Cancellations made less than 72 hours prior to the reservation date might not be eligible for a refund. KGN ROYAL YACHTS cancellation: ●  We reserve the right to cancel any booking made. In the event of cancellation, we decline all liability. Any amount paid will be fully refunded to the nominated charterer. ●  Cancellations are only possible due to poor weather conditions, mechanical breakdowns and reasonable upgrade options. These include Coast Guard regulations and the implementation of new laws prohibiting charters from operating. ● We will provide a complete refund or a another date if we must cancel because of unanticipated circumstances (such as inclement weather or technical difficulties). Children Policy ● Children are not our responsibility; our captain and crew are there to safely man and manage the ship. Additionally, according to Coast Guard regulations, ● Children under the age of ten must wear life jackets both in the water and on deck, regardless of their swimming ability. ● A responsible adult must watch over everyone under the age of 21. ● Only children under one year old are permitted aboard boats. Usage of the Yacht ● Number of Guests: Please ensure the number of guests does not exceed the maximum capacity of the yacht. Overcrowding is not permitted for safety reasons. ● Respectful Behavior: Guests must behave respectfully towards the yacht staff and other guests. Any misconduct may result in immediate termination of the trip with no refund. ● Alcohol and tobacco: Alcohol consumption is permitted for adults, but illegal substances are strictly prohibited. Smoking is permitted only in designated areas. Damage and Liabilities ● Customer Responsibility: Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. KGN Royal Yachts is not liable for lost or damaged items. ● No animals or pets of any sort may be taken on board. ● No Smoking throughout the yachts interior. Failure to comply will lead to immediate termination of the charter. ● Damage to Property: Guests will be held responsible for any damage caused to the yacht or its equipment during the rental period. Privacy and Data Use Your personal information is handled as per our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your data for booking and communication purposes. Changes to Terms We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Any changes will be communicated through our website or via email. Please review these terms periodically.
